The organization NYCLASS is hard at work asking citizens to sign a petition in support of horses who are being enslaved by the horse-drawn carriage industry. The organization needed help gathering 100,000 signatures to support the critical New York City Council bill, Intro. 86A, which would allow working carriage horses to retire.
Miley came to the rescue, tweeting:
